This Privacy Policy explains how Real Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit realdesigns.co, place an order, contact us or receive a delivery from us. Real Designs is an online furniture, home décor and household products retailer based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

2. Information we collect
When you place an order
At checkout we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, delivery address, city and country. Our checkout form does not ask for an email address. We also keep a record of the products you ordered, the order value, the payment method you selected and the order status.
Collected automatically with your order
When an order is placed, our store system (WooCommerce) records your IP address and browser/device information, along with order-attribution details such as the website, search engine or campaign that brought you to our site, your device type and the number of pages you viewed during that visit. We use this to understand how customers find us and to help identify fraudulent orders.
Contact form and customer support
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number and message, and your email address if you choose to provide it. Contact-form messages are sent to our business email inbox; they are not stored in our website’s database. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media, we keep the information you share so we can respond and help you.
Customer accounts
You do not need an account to order from us. Online account registration is turned off, and we do not currently hold customer accounts on our website.
Cookies and analytics
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies, as described in Sections 6 to 8.
3. Payments
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer. We do not collect or store payment card details on our website.
- Cash on Delivery: you pay in cash when your order is delivered.
- Direct Bank Transfer: our team shares our bank account details with you, and your order is processed once the payment is received. If you send us a transfer receipt or screenshot, we keep it with your order record to confirm payment.
- Advance payment: our team may contact you to request a partial advance payment before processing your order. Any remaining balance is paid in cash on delivery.

- To process, confirm, prepare and deliver your orders
- To contact you about your order, including confirmation calls or WhatsApp messages, payment verification and delivery arrangements
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
- To understand how our website is used and improve it (analytics, heatmaps and session recordings)
- To help protect our business and customers against fraud and misuse
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Delivery
Our own delivery staff deliver orders in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Orders to other cities, and some smaller items, are delivered by third-party courier and delivery partners. To deliver your order, we share your name, phone number, delivery address, order and parcel details and any cash-on-delivery amount with our delivery staff or with the courier handling your parcel.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use the following types:
- Essential cookies that make the store work, for example keeping items in your cart and processing checkout. These are set by WooCommerce and WordPress.
- Order-attribution cookies set by WooCommerce to record how you arrived at our website (for example, the referring website or campaign). This information is saved with your order.
- Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 (Section 7).
- Session recording and heatmap cookies set by Microsoft Clarity (Section 8).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout may not work.
7. Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4, installed through Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and actions such as adding products to the cart. When an order is completed, we send Google Analytics the order number, order value, currency, shipping and tax amounts and the products ordered. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or delivery address to Google Analytics. Our Google Analytics settings keep event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months; aggregated reports may be kept longer. For more information, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
8. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replays (for example, clicks, scrolling and pages viewed). We use this information to improve our website and product pages. Clarity collects this usage data on Microsoft’s behalf using first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Text typed into forms is masked, and Clarity is not loaded on our checkout, order confirmation, My Account or Contact pages, so customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, payment details and order information are not recorded. According to Microsoft, session recordings are kept for 30 days and heatmap and other usage data for 9 months. 9. Service providers and other sharing
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
- Website hosting provider, which stores our website and order data
- Email delivery service, used to send emails from our website, such as contact-form messages and order notifications
- Google (Analytics, Site Kit and web fonts) and Microsoft (Clarity), as described above
- Our delivery staff and courier/delivery partners, as described in Section 5
- Banks, where needed to confirm bank transfer payments
- Meta: we sync our product catalogue (product names, prices and images) to Meta so that our products can appear on Facebook and Instagram. This does not include customer information, and we do not use the Meta Pixel or send customer purchase or browsing events to Meta.
- WhatsApp (operated by Meta), when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to those conversations.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, where required by law
Some of these providers, such as Google, Microsoft and Meta, may process data outside Pakistan.
10. How long we keep information
- Order records: we keep these for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide customer support and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We do not currently delete order records automatically.
- Contact-form messages and support conversations: we keep these in our business email and messaging accounts for as long as needed to respond to you and handle any follow-up. Copies of outgoing website emails held in our website’s email log are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Analytics and session-recording data: kept according to the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity retention periods described in Sections 7 and 8.
11. Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to our store’s administration area is restricted to authorised users. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website, internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Your choices and privacy requests
You can contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some information, such as order records, where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. To make a request, email realdesignsinfo1@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
13. Third-party links
Our website links to third-party sites and services such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
14. Returns, refunds and warranty
This Privacy Policy does not cover returns, refunds or warranty terms. Please contact us for information about those.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
